UNFOLD is a self paced training you can do anywhere in the world, you just need a laptop and a space you feel relaxed in to do it. You can choose to do it in 1 day or you can spread it over more days if you like.Ā
The training consists of 3 parts, each has a masterclass and an embodiment practice (except the last one which has an embodiment practice). This combination of theory and embodiment will not only activate your thinking brain, making it easier to grasp the concept, but is also focused on making you FEEEEL!!! The thing you need, to reproduce the experience. It is through the body we connect to this deeper intelligence so this is essential to experience.

This part is about what it means to surrender to your Life Force. We all have the experience that things suck in business and feel hard and icky and stuck. But we also have had experiences where things were in flow and everything clicked and bam the event or course is full.
In this part we will break down the process of being moved by life force. Then there is an embodiment practice to directly feel it in your body. Because if you feel how it works you can live it all the time.

The embodiment practice helps you understand what it actually means to surrender to life force energy that moves you.

PART III āĀ OPEN UP TO MORE CREATIVE POWER
The mind works on safety. When the body feels safe the mind can start to relax and thatās where surrender happens. So to create a nervous system that is more and more attuned to feeling safe and relax, pleasure practices are a great way to expand this state of being where you can be open and let life force run through you more and more and more. This part will provide you with a breathwork experience to expand you into feeling safe to surrender to life.
